Grilling Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F (200°C). Allow the grill to heat up for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Rinse the asparagus and trim the woody ends. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper, tossing gently to coat.
  3. Place the asparagus on the grill in a single layer and grill for 8-10 minutes, turning every couple of minutes.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, feta cheese, and honey if desired to create the dressing.
  5. Remove the asparagus from the grill, drizzle with dressing, and serve warm, garnished with extra feta if desired.
