Grilling Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F (200°C). Allow the grill to heat up for 10-15 minutes.
- Rinse the asparagus and trim the woody ends. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper, tossing gently to coat.
- Place the asparagus on the grill in a single layer and grill for 8-10 minutes, turning every couple of minutes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, feta cheese, and honey if desired to create the dressing.
- Remove the asparagus from the grill, drizzle with dressing, and serve warm, garnished with extra feta if desired.
