- In a small bowl or measuring cup, whisk together honey, orange juice, poppy seeds, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, and ground ginger until well combined. Set aside.
- Chop the red and green apples, halve the green grapes, and slice the kiwi and strawberries. Place all chopped fruit into a large mixing bowl.
- Gently toss all the chopped fruit together in the large mixing bowl.
- Pour the prepared cinnamon orange dressing over the combined fruit mixture and toss gently to coat.
