Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions for Vampire Cookies
  1. Begin by carefully cutting each store-bought sugar or chocolate chip cookie in half using a sharp knife. Lay the cut sides facing up on a flat surface.
  2. Take your red cookie icing and pipe a generous amount around the edge of each cookie half to mimic gums.
  3. Add the mini marshmallows around the edge of the icing, pressing them into place.
  4. Place another cookie half on top of the marshmallow-covered half, aligning it to form a sandwich.
  5. Pipe a thin line of red icing onto the back of a Halloween candy corn piece and attach it to the front of the cookie sandwich.
  6. Repeat the assembly process for all remaining cookie halves and store them in an airtight container.
