Step-by-Step Instructions for Thai Peanut Chicken Wraps
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, garlic, ginger, and honey until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Marinate chicken strips in a separate bowl with soy sauce and sesame oil for about 10 minutes.
  3. Wash and dry vegetables: shred cabbage, julienne carrot, and tear lettuce leaves.
  4. Cook marinated chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Warm tortillas in a skillet for 30 seconds on each side until pliable.
