  2. In a bowl, mix equal parts honey and BBQ sauce until smooth. Set aside half for later.
  3. In the same skillet, add uncooked rice and toast for 2-3 minutes. Add chicken broth and half of the BBQ sauce, bring to boil, then simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Nestle the seared chicken on top of the rice, cover, and cook for another 15 minutes.
  5. Drizzle remaining BBQ sauce over the chicken and rice before serving.
