- Juice the lemons to acquire ½ cup of fresh lemon juice, adding more based on desired tartness.
- Blend strawberries, fresh lemon juice, and sweetener in a high-speed blender until desired consistency.
- Pour the mixture into ice pop molds, leaving about a quarter-inch of space at the top.
- Freeze for about 4 hours or until completely solid.
- Remove from the freezer and, if necessary, run warm water over the molds to loosen the pops.
