Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash the strawberries thoroughly, remove the green stems, and halve them for easier blending.
  2. Juice the lemons to acquire ½ cup of fresh lemon juice, adding more based on desired tartness.
  3. Blend strawberries, fresh lemon juice, and sweetener in a high-speed blender until desired consistency.
  4. Pour the mixture into ice pop molds, leaving about a quarter-inch of space at the top.
  5. Freeze for about 4 hours or until completely solid.
  6. Remove from the freezer and, if necessary, run warm water over the molds to loosen the pops.
