Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Pulse the Golden Oreo cookies in a food processor until they turn into fine crumbs, about 30 seconds.
  2. Transfer the crumbs to a mixing bowl and combine with melted butter. Chill in refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
  3. In a clean mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
  4. Wash strawberries, hull and slice them. Set aside about 1 cup for the tacos.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering. Fry tortillas for about 1-2 minutes each side until golden and crispy.
  6. Once cooled, fill taco shells with cheesecake filling, top with sliced strawberries and sprinkle with crunch topping.
  7. Arrange on a platter and serve immediately.
