- Grease a plate generously with butter or non-stick spray. In a heavy-bottomed pan, combine one can of sweetened condensed milk with sifted cocoa powder until well blended.
- Place the pan over medium heat and add cubed salted butter. Continuously stir with a wooden spoon for about 7-8 minutes until it thickens.
- Remove from heat and transfer the fudge mixture to the greased plate. Allow to cool at room temperature or refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
- Rinse and dry medium-sized strawberries. Wet hands and take a portion of cooled fudge, flatten it, and wrap around each strawberry.
- Roll each fudge-covered strawberry in grated chocolate or colorful sprinkles. Attach roasted peanuts or sliced almonds for ears with colored shaped sprinkles for eyes and noses.
- Place your completed treats on a platter or in an airtight container. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
