- In a medium bowl, combine sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, minced ginger, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well blended.
- Place chicken thighs in a large zip-top bag or dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring each piece is thoroughly coated. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
