  • 2 tbsp Mayo Greek yogurt can be a lighter alternative.
  • 1 cup Uncooked Rice Jasmine or medium-grain rice recommended.
  • 2 cups Broccoli Chopped.
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds For topping.

Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Sticky Chicken Bowls
  1. Cook the rice according to package instructions, typically 15 minutes.
  2. Prepare the broccoli by chopping into florets and steaming or sautéing.
  3. Season the sliced chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, chili powder, onion powder, and oregano.
  4. Cook the chicken in a skillet with olive oil for 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.
  5. Prepare the sticky sauce by whisking soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, sriracha, sesame oil, ginger, and arrowroot powder in the skillet.
  6. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and coat in the sauce.
