  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter margarine can be used
  • 4 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Strawberry Jam can substitute with other fruit jams
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract can substitute with almond extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon Kosher Salt regular salt works fine
Creepy Drizzle
  • 1/4 cup Strawberry Syrup can experiment with chocolate syrup

Method
 

Preparation and Baking
  1. Follow the instructions on the strawberry cake mix box, mixing together the necessary water, oil, and eggs until smooth.
  2. Line your cupcake pan with liners and evenly distribute the batter, filling each cup about two-thirds full. Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Remove cupcakes from the oven and let them cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Frosting and Drizzling
  1. Beat together butter, powdered sugar, strawberry jam, vanilla extract, and kosher salt until fluffy and smooth.
