Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Soften the cream cheese by allowing it to sit at room temperature for about 20 minutes.
  2. Chop the pepperoni and green olives into small pieces using a food processor.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, chopped pepperoni, olives, Italian dressing mix, and Italian cheese blend. Mix until fully incorporated.
  4. Shape the cheese mixture into a skull shape using plastic wrap.
  5. Decorate the skull with sliced almonds for teeth and halved olives for eyes.
  6. Chill the cheese ball for 30 to 60 minutes if too soft to hold its shape.
