- Preheat your oven to 220°C (200°C fan/gas mark 7) and prepare a baking sheet.
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil with 60ml of water. Gradually add plain flour, sea salt flakes, golden caster sugar, and black sesame seeds. Knead until smooth.
- Roll out the dough to a thickness similar to a £1 coin. Cut into skinny strips.
- Brush the strips with water, sprinkle with sea salt and black sesame seeds, and prick with a fork.
- Transfer to baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool the crackers completely, then arrange cheese and toppings artistically on a serving board.
