Ingredients

Noodles
  • 1 pack Samyang carbo noodles You can substitute with any instant noodles you prefer.
Corn Cheese Mixture
  • 1.5 cups Frozen or Canned Corn Sweet addition that balances the spiciness.
  • 1 cup Grated White Cheddar Feel free to use any melty cheese.
  • 0.5 cup Grated Mozzarella Other similar melting cheeses work well.
  • 1 tbsp Japanese Mayo Substitute with regular mayonnaise if needed.
  • 1 tsp Sugar You can skip it for a hotter dish.

Equipment

  • Pot
  • non-stick pan

Method

Cooking Instructions
  1. Begin by bringing a pot of water to a boil. Add the Samyang carbo noodles and cook them according to the package instructions, usually about 3-5 minutes until tender. Drain and transfer to a serving plate.
  2. In a non-stick pan over high heat, combine corn, cheddar, mozzarella, mayo, and sugar. Stir continuously until it sizzles and the cheese melts, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Reduce heat to medium once cheese bubbles and is fully melted. Mix well to ensure corn is coated, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes until thick.
  4. Pour the corn cheese mixture over the cooked noodles, distributing evenly.
  5. Garnish with a sprinkle of dried parsley for added flavor and visual appeal.
  6. Serve immediately while hot and melty, with a side of spicy kimchi if desired.
