  • 0.125 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 0.125 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper Adjust to your liking or omit for a milder drink.
  • 1 sprig rosemary For garnish.
  • 1 oz ginger beer Optional, for a festive finish.
For the Cinnamon-Sugar Rim
  • 1 tbsp coarse sugar Adds a crunchy texture.
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar For balanced sweetness.
  • 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon For a warm touch.
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper To spice things up.

Preparation
  1. Prepare the Cinnamon-Sugar Rim: In a small bowl, combine coarse sugar, granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, and cayenne pepper. Moisten the glass rim with a slice of tangerine or orange before dipping it into the sugar mixture. Fill the glass with ice.
  2. Combine Ingredients: In a cocktail shaker, add pomegranate juice, orange juice, silver tequila, and orange liqueur. Add honey, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Shake: Fill the cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until chilled.
  4. Strain: Pour the cocktail into the prepared rocks glass filled with ice.
  5. Add Optional Ginger Beer: Top with ginger beer for an extra festive touch, adjusting the amount based on your preference.
  6. Garnish: Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a cinnamon stick.
