  • 8 small Tortillas Flour or corn
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro Chopped
  • 2 whole Lime Cut into wedges

  1. Cook the Chicken: Grill, bake, or sauté chicken breast until it reaches 165°F, about 6-8 minutes per side. Let rest before shredding.
  2. Prepare Jalapeños: Slice jalapeños lengthwise, remove seeds, and dice into small pieces.
  3. Mix the Filling: Combine shredded chicken, diced jalapeños, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Warm Tortillas: Preheat skillet over medium heat. Warm tortillas for 30 seconds on each side.
