  • 1 cup Alfredo Sauce homemade preferred for flavor
  • 1 tbsp Cajun Seasoning adjust to taste
For the Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese can substitute with Asiago or Romano

  • 1 cup Bell Peppers diced
  • 1 cup Spinach fresh
  • 1 cup Mushrooms sliced

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add fettuccine and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
  2. Reserve a cup of pasta water, drain the rest, and set the warm pasta aside.
  3. Season shrimp with Cajun seasoning and cut steak into strips, seasoning with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a skillet and sauté steak for 4-5 minutes until browned.
  4. Add shrimp and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until opaque and pink. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, warm Alfredo sauce for 2 minutes and add Cajun seasoning to taste.
  6. Add cooked fettuccine to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly. Stir in reserved pasta water if needed. Fold in shrimp and steak.
  7. Plate the pasta, garnish with Parmesan cheese and black pepper, and serve immediately.
