Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 400-425°F, or preheat the oven to the same temperature.
  2. Cut large pieces of foil or parchment paper, about 12x18 inches. Place shrimp near the center and arrange asparagus alongside.
  3. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of dry white wine or chicken broth over the shrimp and asparagus, then sprinkle minced garlic, lemon zest, salt, and pepper on top.
  4. Dollop 6 tablespoons of diced butter evenly across the ingredients.
  5. Fold the foil to create tightly sealed packets and cook for 9-10 minutes on the grill or 13-15 minutes in the oven.
  6. Carefully open the foil packs, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley, and serve hot.
