- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and gather ingredients.
- Cook the vegan chick’n according to package directions for about 5-7 minutes, then set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt vegan butter and sauté diced onion, garlic, celery, and carrots for 5-7 minutes until softened.
- Sprinkle in flour and cook for another 2-3 minutes, then gradually pour in vegetable broth, seasoning and thickening the mixture for about 5 minutes.
- Stir in peas and vegan heavy cream until well combined.
- Pour the filling into the prepared crust evenly.
- Spread vegan stuffing evenly over the filling without pre-baking.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden brown and filling is bubbly.
- Let cool for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
