  • 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour or gluten-free flour
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme Leaves or sage
  • 2 cups Vegan Vegetable Broth homemade preferred
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas
  • 1/2 cup Vegan Heavy Cream or alternatives like coconut milk
For the Topping
  • 2 cups Vegan Stuffing homemade or store-bought

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and gather ingredients.
  2. Cook the vegan chick’n according to package directions for about 5-7 minutes, then set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, melt vegan butter and sauté diced onion, garlic, celery, and carrots for 5-7 minutes until softened.
  4. Sprinkle in flour and cook for another 2-3 minutes, then gradually pour in vegetable broth, seasoning and thickening the mixture for about 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in peas and vegan heavy cream until well combined.
  6. Pour the filling into the prepared crust evenly.
  7. Spread vegan stuffing evenly over the filling without pre-baking.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden brown and filling is bubbly.
  9. Let cool for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
