- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather your mixing bowl and all ingredients for the filling.
- Combine the peeled shrimp, lump crab meat, shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl. Stir until well mixed.
- Open your refrigerated biscuit dough and gently separate each biscuit. Place them on a lightly floured surface.
- Flatten each biscuit to about 1/4 inch thick.
- Spoon a generous amount of the shrimp and crab mixture into the center of each flattened biscuit.
- Fold the edges of each biscuit over the filling, carefully pinching the seams to seal them tightly.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the sealed biscuits on it, spaced apart.
- Melt some butter and brush the tops of each biscuit with it.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let them cool slightly for about 5 minutes. Garnish each melt with fresh parsley and serve warm.
