Preparation Steps
  1. Wash your cherry tomatoes under cool running water and pat them dry. Cut them in half and drizzle with olive oil for added flavor.
  2. Drain the small mozzarella balls and pat them dry. Cut any larger balls in half to match the size of the tomatoes.
  3. Assemble the bites by threading a cherry tomato, a basil leaf, and a mozzarella ball onto each toothpick or skewer.
  4. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic glaze over the assembled bites. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
  5. Cover and refrigerate the bites for about 10–15 minutes before serving to meld flavors.
