- Wash your cherry tomatoes under cool running water and pat them dry. Cut them in half and drizzle with olive oil for added flavor.
- Drain the small mozzarella balls and pat them dry. Cut any larger balls in half to match the size of the tomatoes.
- Assemble the bites by threading a cherry tomato, a basil leaf, and a mozzarella ball onto each toothpick or skewer.
- Drizzle olive oil and balsamic glaze over the assembled bites. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
