Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lay the large flour tortillas flat and layer each with roast beef and shredded cheese.
  3. Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll from the bottom up, placing seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  4. Brush each roll-up with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, and dried parsley.
  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Prepare the dipping sauce by simmering beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper for 5–7 minutes.
  7. Remove the roll-ups from the oven, let cool slightly, slice, and serve warm with the au jus.
