Cooking Instructions
  1. In a large pot or deep skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef and Italian turkey sausage for about 8-10 minutes.
  2. Add chopped yellow onion and both bell peppers, sauté for 4-5 minutes until softened.
  3. Pour in Worcestershire sauce and dark beer or bourbon to deglaze the pot, then stir in the tomato paste for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Mix in Nature’s Seasoning, Cajun, and Italian seasoning, then add flour and stir for 1-2 minutes to create a roux.
  5. Gradually pour in beef broth, stirring continuously to incorporate and avoid lumps, simmer for 5-7 minutes until thickened.
  6. Add spaghetti noodles directly into the sauce and cook until al dente, about 9-11 minutes.
  7. Toss the spaghetti in the sauce until coated, adjust with reserved pasta water if necessary.
