- Pour in Worcestershire sauce and dark beer or bourbon to deglaze the pot, then stir in the tomato paste for 2-3 minutes.
- Mix in Nature’s Seasoning, Cajun, and Italian seasoning, then add flour and stir for 1-2 minutes to create a roux.
- Gradually pour in beef broth, stirring continuously to incorporate and avoid lumps, simmer for 5-7 minutes until thickened.
- Add spaghetti noodles directly into the sauce and cook until al dente, about 9-11 minutes.
- Toss the spaghetti in the sauce until coated, adjust with reserved pasta water if necessary.
