Preparation

  2. Allow pizza dough to rest at room temperature for 15 minutes. On a floured surface, roll it out to a 10-12 inch circle, about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
  4. Transfer rolled dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with olive oil, sprinkle with garlic and chili flakes, then add chicken and cheeses.
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes, looking for bubbly cheese and a golden-brown crust.
  6. Remove from oven, allow to cool slightly, and top with Caesar salad mixture. Slice and serve.
