Step-by-Step Instructions for Breakfast Bombs
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs, add salt and pepper, and whisk until combined. Scramble the eggs in a skillet until soft and fluffy.
  3. Cook sausage or bacon in the skillet until browned, then combine with the scrambled eggs.
  4. Split the biscuit dough into individual biscuits and flatten each into a round disk about 4 inches in diameter.
  5. Place a spoonful of the egg and meat mixture onto each biscuit, add shredded cheese, and seal by pinching edges together.
  6. Shape filled biscuits into round balls and place on the baking tray seam-side down.
  7. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with herbs if desired.
  8. Bake for 15-18 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
