  3. Arrange drained pineapple slices under the salmon fillet on the baking sheet.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together sweet chili sauce, melted butter, hoisin sauce, minced garlic, lemon juice, and reserved pineapple juice until smooth.
  5. Pour the sauce over the salmon and pineapple slices, ensuring the salmon is fully coated.
