Method

Step-by-Step Instructions for Keto Crunchwraps
  1. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt butter until bubbly. Add cream cheese and heavy whipping cream, whisking until smooth. Gradually stir in shredded cheddar cheese, mixing until glossy and warm.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef for 5-7 minutes until fully cooked. Drain excess fat, stir in taco seasoning, and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large frying pan. Fry low-carb tortillas on each side for 1-2 minutes until golden brown. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
  4. Lay one tortilla flat, top with seasoned beef, cheese sauce, smaller tortilla, sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, and extra cheddar.
  5. Fold edges of large tortilla towards the center, creating a seal. Cook folded side down in a skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes, then flip and cook another 3-4 minutes until crispy.
  6. Allow to rest before cutting in half. Garnish with fresh cilantro and jalapeño slices. Serve warm.
