Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Rainbow Bento
  1. Warm & Spread: Microwave tortillas for 10-15 seconds. Spread hummus or cream cheese over each tortilla, leaving a 1-inch border.
  2. Layer Your Rainbow: Layer thin strips of red and yellow bell peppers, cucumber, shredded carrot, and purple cabbage at the bottom edge.
  3. Roll It Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom edge. Press the seam to seal.
