- In a bowl, combine sliced boneless, skinless chicken breast with soy sauce and cornstarch. Marinate for 10-15 minutes.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add fresh broccoli florets and stir for 3-4 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp. Remove and set aside.
