- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- Unroll your thawed puff pastry sheets onto a floured surface and roll slightly to thin.
- Spread peach pie filling over the pastry and sprinkle with granulated sugar and cinnamon.
- Slice the pastry into 2-inch-wide strips and roll each strip into a spiral. Place in the greased muffin tin.
- Whisk together the egg and water for an egg wash, then brush it on top of each cruffin.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.
