For the Glaze
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Milk or Cream

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. Unroll your thawed puff pastry sheets onto a floured surface and roll slightly to thin.
  3. Spread peach pie filling over the pastry and sprinkle with granulated sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Slice the pastry into 2-inch-wide strips and roll each strip into a spiral. Place in the greased muffin tin.
  5. Whisk together the egg and water for an egg wash, then brush it on top of each cruffin.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.
  7. Mix powdered sugar and milk or cream to create the glaze, then drizzle over warm cruffins.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving and enjoy warm.
