  • 1 large Egg for wash

  • ½ cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Milk or Cream

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin with butter or cooking spray.
  2. Unroll the thawed puff pastry sheets on a floured surface and lightly roll them out.
  3. Spread the peach pie filling evenly across the puff pastry and sprinkle sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Slice the pastry into 2-inch strips and roll each strip into a spiral, placing each in the muffin tin.
  5. Whisk together the egg and water for the wash, then brush it over the tops of each cruffin.
  6. Bake the cruffins for 20-25 minutes or until golden-brown and puffed up.
  7. Prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar with milk until smooth.
  8. Drizzle the glaze generously over the warm cruffins before serving.
