Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine 2 cups of fat-free vanilla Greek yogurt with 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, and a pinch of ground nutmeg. Stir until smooth.
- Gently fold in 1 cup of your favorite granola into the yogurt mixture.
- Divide half of the yogurt and granola mixture evenly among the molds, filling them halfway.
- Layer in half of the chopped canned sliced peaches on top of the yogurt mixture in each mold.
- Spoon the remaining yogurt mixture over the peach layer in each mold, filling them to the top. Top with the rest of the peach slices.
- Insert wooden pop sticks into the molds, and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Run warm water over the outside of the molds before pulling on the sticks to remove the pops.
- Serve the Peach Crisp Parfait Pops immediately.

Wrap each pop in plastic wrap before placing them in the freezer to avoid freezer burn and keep them fresh for up to 1 month.
