Ingredients
  

For the Yogurt Mixture
  • 2 cups fat-free vanilla Greek yogurt can substitute regular yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar substitute with honey or maple syrup if desired
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • a pinch ground nutmeg omit if preferred
For the Layering
  • 1 cup granola (without raisins) choose your favorite blend
  • 1 can canned sliced peaches (in syrup or juice) fresh peaches can be substituted
For Assembling
  • freezer pop molds or paper cups (3 ounces each) plastic cups work in a pinch
  • wooden pop sticks cinnamon sticks can be used as alternatives

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, combine 2 cups of fat-free vanilla Greek yogurt with 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, and a pinch of ground nutmeg. Stir until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in 1 cup of your favorite granola into the yogurt mixture.
  3. Divide half of the yogurt and granola mixture evenly among the molds, filling them halfway.
  4. Layer in half of the chopped canned sliced peaches on top of the yogurt mixture in each mold.
  5. Spoon the remaining yogurt mixture over the peach layer in each mold, filling them to the top. Top with the rest of the peach slices.
  6. Insert wooden pop sticks into the molds, and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Run warm water over the outside of the molds before pulling on the sticks to remove the pops.
  8. Serve the Peach Crisp Parfait Pops immediately.

Notes
