Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Gently mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients until just combined.
  5. Fold in the diced peaches gently into the batter.
  6. Spoon batter into muffin cups, filling about two-thirds full.
  7. In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and brown sugar for the topping, then sprinkle over each muffin.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
