  • 1/4 cup Chili Honey Regular honey mixed with chili flakes can be used.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the phyllo dough and brush each sheet with olive oil. Keep unused sheets covered with a damp cloth.
  3. Cut phyllo into squares, about 4 to 6 inches. Place a piece of feta cheese in the center of each square.
  4. Fold the corners of the phyllo squares over the feta and pinch to seal edges, creating a neat roll.
  5. Place the rolls seam-side down on the baking sheet and brush tops with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
  7. Remove from oven and drizzle with chili honey before serving.
  8. Serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
