- Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C).
- Season the chicken thighs with salt and black pepper on both sides.
- Whisk together olive oil, whole grain Dijon mustard, honey, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl.
- Coat the seasoned chicken thighs in the honey mustard glaze.
- Transfer the glazed chicken thighs to a baking dish, skin side up.
- Bake for approximately 35 minutes until the skin is golden brown and an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached.
- Allow the chicken to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
