  • 1/2 cup Smooth Peanut Butter natural works
  • 1/4 cup Unsalted Butter can be omitted
  • 3 cups Rice Krispies Cereal or crispy rice cereal

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking pan by greasing it and lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Melt dark chocolate chips and butter in a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
  3. Stir in granulated sugar, then add eggs, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Whisk until glossy.
  4. Fold in cocoa powder and flour gently, then add mini chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 30-32 minutes. Test with a toothpick.
  6. Sprinkle mini marshmallows over the hot brownies and return to oven for 3 minutes.
  7. Melt chocolate chips, peanut butter, and unsalted butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
  8. Stir in Rice Krispies until well coated with the mixture.
  9. Spread the Rice Krispies mixture on top of the marshmallows and cool.
  10. Lift out the brownies and cut into squares before serving.
