- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking pan by greasing it and lining it with parchment paper.
 - Melt dark chocolate chips and butter in a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
 - Stir in granulated sugar, then add eggs, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Whisk until glossy.
 - Fold in cocoa powder and flour gently, then add mini chocolate chips.
 - Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 30-32 minutes. Test with a toothpick.
 - Sprinkle mini marshmallows over the hot brownies and return to oven for 3 minutes.
 - Melt chocolate chips, peanut butter, and unsalted butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
 - Stir in Rice Krispies until well coated with the mixture.
 - Spread the Rice Krispies mixture on top of the marshmallows and cool.
 - Lift out the brownies and cut into squares before serving.
