- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and thaw the puff pastry sheet until pliable.
- Combine spinach, artichokes, parmesan, cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes in a mixing bowl.
- Cut the puff pastry sheet in half and spread the filling over one half. Fold the other half over the filling and seal the edges.
- Cut the pastry into six strips about an inch wide.
- Twist each strip to form swirls and tuck the ends underneath.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place swirls, leaving space between them.
- Brush the tops with egg wash and bake for approximately 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
