- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a donut pan with baking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 2 cups of all-purpose flour, ¾ cup of sugar, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, and ½ teaspoon of salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together 1 large egg, ¾ cup of milk, ½ cup of melted butter, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until smooth.
