- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a standard loaf pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients: eggs, canned cranberries, orange zest and juice, applesauce, almond extract, and oil. Stir gently.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and fold together until just combined.
- Scoop the batter into the prepared loaf pan, filling it about two-thirds full.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
