Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a standard loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients: eggs, canned cranberries, orange zest and juice, applesauce, almond extract, and oil. Stir gently.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and fold together until just combined.
  5. Scoop the batter into the prepared loaf pan, filling it about two-thirds full.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
