Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (180°C fan/gas 6) and line a baking tray with foil, drizzling with vegetable oil.
- Place beef meatballs on the tray, flatten each into a patty shape, and brush with oil. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Slice small seeded rolls in half and place a leaf of little gem lettuce at the base of each.
- Cut cheddar cheese into a zig-zag pattern and halve for ‘teeth’ to use on burgers.
- Slice cucumber diagonally for tongues and prepare cornichons for horns.
- Gather green olives as eyeballs and have ketchup ready for assembly.
- Assemble each burger by placing a patty on the lettuce-lined roll, adding the cucumber slice, cheese ‘teeth’, and ketchup, then cap with the other half of the roll.
- Decorate with cornichons for horns and green olives for eyes.

Notes
Allow baked patties to cool slightly before assembling to avoid soggy buns. Customize ingredients as desired to fit dietary needs.
