Step-by-Step Instructions for Pizza Grilled Cheese
  1. In a small bowl, combine softened butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Spread the butter mixture on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place one slice of bread, butter-side down, in the skillet.
  4. Layer a generous amount of mozzarella cheese and pepperoni on the unbuttered side. Top with another slice of bread.
  5. Grill for about 3-4 minutes until the bottom slice is golden brown. Flip carefully.
  6. Grill the other side for another 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Remove from skillet.
