- In a small bowl, combine softened butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning until smooth. Set aside.
- Spread the butter mixture on one side of each slice of bread.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place one slice of bread, butter-side down, in the skillet.
- Layer a generous amount of mozzarella cheese and pepperoni on the unbuttered side. Top with another slice of bread.
