Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C). Gather ingredients and equipment.

  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
  4. Gradually add the all-purpose flour on low speed until just combined.
  5. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place on a lined baking sheet. Create a ½ inch indentation in each ball.
  6. Fill each indentation with approximately ½ teaspoon of jam.
  7. Bake for about 20 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
