Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan to a medium heat, around 350°F (175°C).
  2. Drizzle olive oil over both sides of the chicken breasts, then sprinkle with garlic powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate.
  3. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  4. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for about 5 minutes.
  5. Prepare the vegetables: slice cucumber, halve cherry tomatoes, and slice red onion.
  6. Slice the rested chicken into thin strips against the grain.
  7. Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave for about 20 seconds.
  8. Spread hummus onto the center of each tortilla, then layer mixed greens, cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, and chicken.
  9. Drizzle lemon juice over the fillings before rolling.
  10. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom. Slice each wrap in half at an angle.
