Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your grill or grill pan to a medium heat, around 350°F (175°C).
- Drizzle olive oil over both sides of the chicken breasts, then sprinkle with garlic powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for about 5 minutes.
- Prepare the vegetables: slice cucumber, halve cherry tomatoes, and slice red onion.
- Slice the rested chicken into thin strips against the grain.
- Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave for about 20 seconds.
- Spread hummus onto the center of each tortilla, then layer mixed greens, cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, and chicken.
- Drizzle lemon juice over the fillings before rolling.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom. Slice each wrap in half at an angle.
