  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice Add more for extra zing
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano Can substitute with Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Provides sweetness and color
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper Freshly ground preferred
For Garnish and Serving
  • 1 bunch Fresh Parsley Optional but recommended
  • 1 whole Lemon Wedges For serving

Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering, about 2 minutes.
  2. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Season the chicken tenders with dried oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Cook the chicken tenders in the hot skillet for about 5-7 minutes on each side.
  5. Drizzle fresh lemon juice over the cooked chicken tenders and stir gently.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
