  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
For Garnish
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley Chopped

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Mediterranean Baked Fish
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Grease a medium-sized baking dish with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  3. Layer cherry tomatoes, bell pepper, and zucchini in the baking dish.
  4. Drizzle remaining olive oil over the vegetables and add minced garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  5. Place the white fish fillets on top of the seasoned vegetables.
  6. Top each fish fillet with lemon slices and drizzle with remaining olive oil.
  7. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  8. Optional: For a crispy finish, remove the foil and broil for 5-10 minutes.
  9. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
