- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare your baking pans by greasing them lightly.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In a separate bowl, combine the white sugar and dark brown sugar until there are no lumps.
- Add the eggs, vegetable oil, whole milk, bourbon, maple extract, and vanilla to the sugar mixture.
- Fold in the mashed overripe bananas into the wet mixture.
