Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger until fully combined. Place steak in a resealable bag with marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat for about 5-10 minutes until ready.
  3. Remove steak from marinade and grill for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, flipping only once.
  4. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes covered loosely with aluminum foil.
  5. Prepare the spicy cream sauce by combining mayonnaise, sriracha, lime juice, and honey in a small bowl and whisk until smooth.
  6. Assemble bowls by placing rice, sliced steak, drizzling sauce, and garnishing with green onions and sesame seeds.
