Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine Monterey Jack cheese and cream cheese. Heat for 30-60 seconds until melted, then stir until smooth.
  3. Add eggs and coconut flour to the melted cheese and mix until a dough forms.
  4. On a clean surface, roll out the dough into a thin layer and cut into rectangular shapes, roughly 4x6 inches.
  5. Cook the beef in a skillet over high heat, seasoning with garlic and onion powder. Cook until browned (3-5 minutes).
  6. Place cooked beef on the center of each dough rectangle, sprinkle with cheese, and carefully roll up to create a tight seal.
  7. Place the rolls on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
  8. Allow rolls to cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before serving.
