Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) while you prepare the ingredients. Grease your baking dish lightly.
  2. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add cauliflower and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender but firm. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, add ground beef and cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Blend cream cheese and beef broth in a mixing bowl until smooth. Gradually stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  6. Combine cooked cauliflower with seasoned ground beef and cheese sauce. Fold until evenly coated.
  7. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread into an even layer.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until bubbly and golden. Watch closely for doneness.
  9. Top with diced pickles and tomatoes before serving, garnishing with fresh parsley.
