Method
 

Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your baking dish by lightly greasing it.
  2. Cook sliced smoked sausage in a skillet over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  3. In a pot, melt butter, sauté onions until translucent, then add garlic. Stir in cream cheese and heavy cream until thickened, then add cheddar.
